These Terms govern your use of the Workbranch website at workbranch.ai and the Workbranch application at app.workbranch.ai (together, the "Service"), provided by ABIB EOOD (ABIB Ltd.), a company registered in Bulgaria ("Workbranch", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
• Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• If you use Workbranch on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.

2. The Service

Workbranch is an AI chat workspace that lets you organize AI conversations into projects, folders and threads, and import conversations from other AI services. Answers are generated by third-party AI models (currently Google Gemini; OpenAI and Anthropic models when you choose them). We may add, change or remove features over time. We will give reasonable notice before removing a feature that is material to paid plans.

3. Your content

• You keep all rights to the prompts, files and other material you put into the Service, and to the outputs generated for you ("Your Content").
• You give us a limited license to host, process and transmit Your Content only as needed to provide, secure and support the Service, including sending prompts to AI model providers.
• We do not use Your Content to train AI models.
• You are responsible for Your Content and for having the rights to use it, including conversations you import from other services.

4. AI output

Answers are generated by AI models and may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Review outputs before relying on them, especially for legal, medical, financial or safety-critical decisions. Workbranch does not provide professional advice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law, or infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy;
• generate or share content that is abusive, harassing, sexually exploits minors, or promotes violence;
• attempt to access other users' data, probe or disrupt the Service, or bypass usage limits;
• resell or provide the Service to third parties without our written permission;
• use the Service in breach of the usage policies of the AI model providers we rely on.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Plans, payment and cancellation

• Workbranch is a paid subscription, currently $29.90 per month (plus VAT where applicable). The current price is always shown in the app before you buy. Payments are processed by Stripe.
• Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime in your account settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep your statutory right to withdraw within 14 days, unless you asked us to start the Service immediately and acknowledged losing that right.
• We will give at least 30 days' notice of price changes.

7. Our intellectual property

The Service, its software, design and branding belong to Workbranch and its licensors. These Terms do not give you any rights to them except the right to use the Service as described here.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

9. Availability and disclaimers

We work hard to keep Workbranch available and secure, but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Workbranch is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or EUR 100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for gross negligence, intent, or death and personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms. After termination, you can request an export of Your Content for 30 days, after which we delete it as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will notify you by email or in the app at least 30 days in advance. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Bulgaria, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country of residence.
